Traditionally, the Chinese red envelope holds lucky coins often
called I ching coins or small precious gifts for gift giving. The red
envelope is given to bring good luck, prosperity and happiness to the recipient.
Red is the symbol of happiness and ultimate joy, thus the color red

including weddings and Chinese new year. Our beautiful Chinese red
envelope measures 4" by 2 3/4" and graced with assorted metallic
gold embossed designs symbolizing happiness, longevity and good fortune. Perfect for holding our
Chinese lucky coins, Chinese charms and even
double their use as place cards!

Lucky Chinese Coin - I Ching Coin
In ancient times, Chinese I ching coins were part of
the monetary system. No longer in use, these Chinese coins have come to
symbolize wealth and good fortune, thus used extensively for gift giving,
weddings and Chinese new year. Quality made, our large lucky Chinese coins
measure a lovely substantial 1 3/4" in diameter and feature a square
center representing heaven and earth. Each coin is hand cast of metal so
there will be some minor imperfections. One side of our I ching lucky Chinese
coin features calligraphy symbolizing wealth, luck, contentment,
and magnificence. The other side of our Chinese lucky coin features a dragon
and phoenix design which is very popular for weddings for it symbolizes a
perfect match with male and female harmony and a balanced relationship!
